Annoying economy? July 9th 2009

Is the economy annoying you? Is it keeping you up at night? Does it always seem to be the main topic everywhere you go? Last night during an event La Dolce Nata given by NATA PR www.natapr.com in Montréal of course the annoying economy was on everyone’s mind (o.k. to be honest so was the weather…it does not seem to stop raining).

Needless to say that all businesses have been affected in one way or another, if the clients have no extra money to spend budgets are revisited and all unnecessary expenses are expunged. Some have stream lined their operations & keeping their overhead as low as possible. Some clients are not renewing contracts, not placing ads, doing trade shows or even buying it’s a vicious cycle. It can certainly get daunting.

Similar conversations have been taking place in several Spas, Clinics & Medi Spas around the world.

The key is to stay focused and ensure money is spent wisely. Clients will keep coming back if they feel that they are not wasting their money & time, they need tangible, credible results. The era of fluff & spit treatments is gone.

It is time to think about what your point of difference is? Why will clients stay with you? What keeps them coming back? It’s the perfect time to add new offerings. There is a faint light at the end of the crisis. These next few months will be very revealing;
